As per communication attached from Mr. Ramos and the Philippine Association of Academic and Research Librarians (PAARL), Loreto T. Garcia, outgoing president, Mr. RODERICK B. RAMOS, our college librarian was elected Board of Director and Public Relations Officer for the year 2009.

May I recommend that Mr. Ramos be allowed to attend on official time the Organizational Planning Workshop to be held on January 8, 2008, the monthly regular/special meetings of the Board of Directors, the Annual General Assembly on January 30, 2009 and all other activities of PAARL to fulfill his duties and obligations.

The participation of Mr. Ramos to PAARL activities will also benefit PNU Library and librarians being the representative of our institution.
