SUBJECT: NATIONAL PARALLEL SESSION-WORKSHOPS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF ACADEMIC AND RESEARCH LIBRARIANS (PAARL) ON AUGUST 19-20, 2010 AT THE MULTIFUNCTION HALL AND AUDIOVISUAL ROOMS, HOLY ANGEL UNIVERSITY, STO. ROSARIO 5T ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA

In accordance with the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 7722 otherwise known as the "Higher Education Act of 1994", this Office hereby endorses the National Parallel Session-Workshops of the Philippine Association of Academic and Research Librarians (PAARL) on August 19-20, 2010 at the Mllitifunction Hall and Audiovisual Rooms, Holy Angel University, St~. Rosario St. Angeles City, Pampanga.

Participation of higher education institutions in this activity shall be VOLUNTARY,
Participants from private higher education institutions shall make arrangements With their respective institutions while participants from public higher education institutions {State Universities and Colleges (SUe's) and Local Universities and Colleges (LCU's)} are reminded of the provisions of Administrative Order No 103, dated August 31,2004.

A registration fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php. 2,500.00) shall be charged for each participant to cover meals and snacks, seminar kits, handouts and certificates.
