More than a hundred flocked in the Ortigas Foundation Library last Friday (March 19) for the forum “High Impact Library Customer Handling in the 21st Century” with the Out-of-the Box JRU research director and very able speaker Dr. Eduardo Garrovillas.
The Every Librarian’s Association expressed its gratitude to the Foundation for its generosity to have embraced PAARL for three times and more… with the generosity and teamwork of its good people led by Ms. Betty Lalana (Deputy Executive Director)who share same thoughts about making libraries really sell while Internet competes with librarians’ professional services.
